We had a great time staying at a hotel during our Christmas holidays. the facilities provided inside the room were very thoughtful. We loved the complimentary beverage and the range of confectionery provided by the hotel. Plus, the location was just perfect. It was right in front of an underground shopping street which made shopping very easy. it was only a short walk to the Namba area which was very convenient.

The only negative experience we had was with the room size. the room was quite small, which made it difficult to walk around and store our luggage.

During my stay, I loved the excellent location of this hotel near the city center and right next to the subway station. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were incredibly clean with air purifiers as an added bonus. The breakfast was of a good standard, and the staff was very accommodating and spoke English fluently.

The room was quite small and there wasn't much storage space. It was a bit cramped for two people and our luggage.

The hotel is excellently located, being very close to both the subway station and the main station that takes you to the airport. it is in more cities and right in front of the metro. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with some even having air purifiers. the breakfast is of a good standard and only costs 1000 Yen.

At times, the service is not up to par, with some staff members displaying impatience to clarification questions.

Excellent location, near subway. Superb cleanliness, spacious bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Straightforward check-in/out.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was quite a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient as it is situated very close to the subway station, making it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, being in the city center was a major advantage as it allowed me to easily access various attractions and landmarks. Moreover, the hotel is also in close proximity to the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street, which was a shopper's paradise.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its prime location and excellent service, this hotel truly provides a luxurious experience that is worth every penny.
